Are you interested in a summer job on Hanko’s long sandy beach with an amazing team? Would you like to create unforgettable accommodation and dining experiences for holidaymakers and local residents of Hanko?
We are looking for proactive and positive-minded employees for the summer season, for contracts of varying lengths from spring through autumn. If needed, we can also arrange accommodation if you are coming from another city.
You may submit an open application, and together we can shape your role based on your skills and interests, or you can apply directly for a specific position.

Cottage Cleaner
Work from spring to autumn or from June to August
We recruit most of our employees for the school summer holiday period. However, we are open year-round, and the season begins as soon as the weather warms up and continues into the darker autumn evenings. You may therefore express your preferences regarding the length of your employment.
During the summer, you can also request days off. We do our best to accommodate your wishes so that you can experience more than just work during the summer. However, during Midsummer (June 20–21) and the Hanko Regatta (July 4–5), we expect the entire team to be available.

What we expect from you
We want to provide our guests with great experiences, so we are looking for employees who are motivated to work carefully and with high quality. In the accommodation and restaurant industry, unexpected situations can arise from time to time, so it is important that you are flexible and solution-oriented.
We also value a positive working atmosphere and hope that everyone is willing to contribute to building and maintaining it. Previous experience in the restaurant, accommodation, or cleaning industry is an advantage, but not required. We require English skills in all roles, In customer service roles, you need to speak Finnish as well.
